REFORMER
Dynamic, fun and challenging workout that targets the whole body through controlled movement focusing on strengthening and lengthening those stabilising muscles, improve posture and flexibility The progression of exercises will challenge you and your coordination and leaving you with a burn you will feel tomorrow with nothing to do but smile about it.
Prerequisite: General good health, free of injury and welcome women during first trimester with GP clearance.

Reformer Jump

Expect to be challenged to take your reformer game further in our intermediate to advanced class, which includes the jumpboard with challenging flow. Intervals of cardio generously sprinkled with moments of active recovery.
Prerequisite: Recommended at least 5 regular reformer pilates classes and have no injuries or pregnancy.
Reformer Yin
Take a deep dive into a surrendered state in our deeply nourishing and restorative yin reformer. Long held poses promote the flow of energy through the meridians allowing relaxation, flexibility and a beautiful balance to our often yang-fuelled lives. The comfort & spring tension of our reformer beds deepens & supports your practice, you’ll only have yourself to thank!

Sculpt

Your favourite reformer class with a dash of spice. Turn up the heat with ankle weights, booty bands, sliders, balls, hand weights…all the things! A pilates flow to uplevel your reformer game; your muscles will say hello and thank you for days!
Prerequisite: Recommended for those in good health and free of injury.
